Dr. Grace Itiowe

Dr. Grace Itiowe is a transformative healthcare leader, educator, and nonprofit founder dedicated to advancing equity, access, and excellence across healthcare and education. She began her healthcare career as a physician, serving underprivileged populations, a commitment that inspired her to establish Golden Experiences and dedicate her work to empowering vulnerable communities. 

As Program Chair for Brazosport College’s Bachelor of Health Services Management, she has led the program to national prominence, earning recognition as the top-ranked online HSM program in the United States and receiving the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) Higher Education Award.

Her leadership extends across both regional and national platforms, including service on the ACHE Southeast Texas Board, the Senior Advisory Board for the National Association of Healthcare Services Executives (NAHSE), and membership in the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). A committed advocate for diversity and workforce development, Dr. Itiowe founded the NAHSE Houston Chapter mentorship program and established the NAHSE National ‘Lifetime Mentor Award’ to cultivate and elevate emerging minority healthcare leaders. Fluent in multiple languages and guided by her personal mantra, Personal Responsibility In Delivering Excellence (PRIDE), she brings a global, strategic, and purpose-driven perspective to her work.

As Founder and President of Golden Experiences, Dr. Itiowe leads with a clear vision rooted in the organization’s guiding principle: Give Health. Give Hope. Through preventive health education and services, community outreaches, mentorship, and scholarships, she is committed to empowering underserved seniors, mothers, and children while driving sustainable, community-centered impact. Her leadership continues to foster innovation, strengthen partnerships, and expand the organization’s reach.
