Katherine Thompson brings strategic leadership and a strong commitment to community impact through her role as Executive Director of Spero Psychological Services. Her professional experience reflects a deep dedication to serving vulnerable and underserved populations through thoughtful, evidence-based care.

Her background includes expertise in program development, marketing and communications, community relations, education, and event planning. She has also served as a bilingual (English–Spanish) psychotherapist in a juvenile detention trauma program, where she supported high-need youth, collaborated with multidisciplinary teams, and contributed to the development of training and outcome-tracking systems.

Katherine is passionate about expanding access to preventive health education, culturally responsive services, and supportive resources for seniors, mothers, and children. Through strategic partnerships and data-informed program development, she supports Golden Experiences in strengthening its reach, sustainability, and overall impact.

She believes that accessible, compassionate care is essential to building healthier and more resilient communities.
