A licensed minister and dedicated community leader, Michelle’s leadership is rooted in empathy, integrity, and servant leadership. She has actively contributed to organizations such as the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, the Montgomery County Behavioral Health Collaborative, and Queens of Tomorrow Inc., supporting mentorship, youth empowerment, and outreach efforts.

Michelle is passionate about advancing opportunities for underserved seniors, mothers, and children. Through her service on the Golden Experiences Board, she provides strategic insight, cultivates community partnerships, and supports the continued growth and impact of the organization’s mission.
