Shemeca Richard brings extensive experience in social services and nonprofit leadership through her work as a Caseworker at The Mission of Yahweh, where she supports women, children, and seniors experiencing homelessness. Her professional journey reflects a deep commitment to serving vulnerable populations with compassion and care.

Her background includes work across multiple social service agencies, with expertise in strategic planning, nonprofit management, event planning, and community relations. She is also a passionate advocate for mentorship, women’s empowerment, and crisis ministry, viewing service to others as both her calling and purpose. In addition, she serves as President of the Zeta Tau Alpha – NASA Brazoria Alumnae Chapter, further demonstrating her leadership in community engagement.

As a member of the Golden Experiences Board, Shemeca contributes her knowledge in program development and strategic planning to strengthen initiatives that support women and families. She remains committed to helping the organization expand its reach and deepen its impact.
